Hello! Welcome to My Hudson Kitchen. My name is Tess Eagens. I am a New York based chef, recipe developer, and content creator.
In December 2021, I received my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from The University of Vermont with a minor in Food Systems. In December 2022 I received a Health-Supportive Culinary Arts degree from The Institute of Culinary Education.
The name “My Hudson Kitchen” comes from the Hudson River where I have lived next to my whole life. The name symbolizes my love for New York and my joy of cooking.
